Description
This baking pan set includes one half-pan size baking pan and a matching cooling rack. The baking pan measures 45 cm long, 32.5 cm wide, and 2.5 cm high. It is made of carbon steel with a gray ceramic non-stick coating. The cooling rack is made of welded carbon steel wire with a similar gray finish. The manufacturing process involves stamping and stretching the carbon steel sheet to form the pan body, with thickened and rolled edges. The ceramic coating is applied using a sol-gel process and sintered at approximately 550°F to create a hard surface. The coating is PTFE and PFOA free. The cooling rack wire is bent, welded, and then coated. The baking pan and cooling rack can be stacked for storage, saving cabinet space. The set is dishwasher safe.
