Description
This set includes two non-stick carbon steel baking pans and two cooling racks with a blue marble-patterned finish. The baking pans measure 44.2 cm long and 32.5 cm wide, while the cooling racks are 37.3 cm long. Made of 1 mm thick carbon steel sheet with a two-layer non-stick coating: a clear base coat and a blue marble-patterned non-stick top coat. It is PFOA, PFOS, and PTFE free. The carbon steel sheet is stamped and stretched to form the pans, with double-rolled edges for added strength. The cooling racks are made of bent and welded carbon steel wire, then coated with a non-stick finish. The baking pans and cooling racks are stackable for space-saving storage. Maximum heat resistance 450°F.
