Description
This half baking pan measures 45.7 cm long, 33 cm wide, and approximately 2.2 cm high. It is made of carbon steel with a turquoise ceramic non-stick coating. The coating is PFAS-free. In terms of manufacturing, the carbon steel sheet is stamped and stretched, with the four sides bent upwards and the edges rolled. The bottom of the pan undergoes a leveling process to reduce center bulging. The ceramic coating uses a double-layer spraying process: a base glaze increases adhesion, and the top glaze is a turquoise ceramic layer, sintered at high temperature to form a glassy surface. The coating surface is smooth, making it easy to unmold food after baking. The baking pan can withstand temperatures up to 450°F. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and warm water; the non-stick coating makes it easy to rinse away grease residue.
