Description
This non-stick muffin pan set contains 2 pans, each with 12 cups. Each pan measures 35.3 cm long, 26.8 cm wide, and 3.1 cm high. Made of carbon steel with a non-stick coating, the carbon steel is stamped and stretched to form 12 round concave cups with slightly flat bottoms and slightly outward-sloping walls. The edges are rolled to reduce the risk of cuts. The non-stick coating has a double-layer structure: a base coat adheres to the metal surface, while a top coat provides the non-stick effect. It is cured at approximately 400°F. The coating is gray with a matte finish. The pans are dark gray overall and can be rinsed with warm water after use. The non-stick coating makes it easy to remove any remaining batter.
